Date: 2014-12-04 02:24 pm (UTC)What I suspect happened last night is this: Fulbright is the only one at the trial who knew I was lying. He wanted to establish his own credibility while destroying mine, so he tried to dream about me last night; we defended ourselves and he found that he couldn't dream about anyone.
However, there's another way he could establish credibility - that being our genuine Seer, Lynne. If he had a vision about someone else, it would only be natural for her to try to test that by dreaming about them tonight; the problem with that is, he knew nothing about anyone else but Mr. Yao. So he named himself, because he knew he would be guaranteed to come back clean.
Meanwhile, he couldn't call me a demon because he didn't know for sure; if it turned out that I was just a liar, his credibility would be ruined.
Fulbright needs to be destroyed either way, we all seem to agree on that; why not do it this way and clear up another shot for tonight?
